1. How do I book a session?
To book a session, contact us via [website link]. A 20% deposit is required to secure your date.
2. What is included in the session fee?
Each session includes the photographer's time, expertise, editing of selected images, and delivery through an online gallery.
3. When will I receive my photos?
Standard delivery is within 7-10 days for portraits and events. Rush delivery is available for an additional $50.
4. Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Yes, rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. A $50 rescheduling fee applies if within 48 hours. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a fee of 25% of the session cost.
5. Where will the session take place?
We offer both studio and on-location sessions. Travel fees may apply for locations far from Atlanta,Ga and its surrounding cities
6. Can I bring props or outfit changes?
Absolutely! Bring props and up to 2 outfit changes for portrait or graduation sessions. We encourage personalization!
7. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer group packages for graduations, headshots, and events. Contact us for details.There will also be Promos/Discounts advertised throughout the year!
8. What happens if it rains on the day of an outdoor shoot?
We will reschedule the session at no additional charge.
9. How do I receive my photos?
Images are delivered via a secure online gallery.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, Cash App and Venmo.

Additional Retouches are $5 a photo.

My Turn around is 7-10 days so PLEASE BOOK AT LEAST 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOU NEEDING YOUR PHOTOS TO AVOID LATE DELIVERY! In order to get photos earlier, rush edit prices are listed.
All bookings must be confirmed with a 20% deposit.
All photos are sent through via shared album using any apple product, please be sure to provide the correct phone number when booking! Online Photo Galleries can also be provided. Please also note after 30 days , photos could/will delete due to needing space to share future photos with future clients. so please save your photos and/or add them to a folder so that you will never lose them.
ALL deposits are NON-Refundable and if you choose to reschedule, there must be a new deposit sent! Deposits are transferrable if I the photographer has to cancel or reschedule on my end.
CANCELLATIONS:
There is a 10 Minute grace period if you are running late, after the first 10 minutes it will be 5$ every 10 minutes added to your total for your shoot, after 35 minutes, you’re shoot will be unfortunately canceled.
Please note that if you go over your booking time, there will be 10$ every 10 minutes added to your final payment!
Other Terms:
Copyright of the photos and video remains with the Photographer(s) and Videographer(s). The Photographer(s) and Videographer(s) grants the Client(s) permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images and footage taken by the Photographer(s) and Videographer(s) are for personal use by the Client(s) and their friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photos or video is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer(s) and Videographer(s).
The Client(s) grants the Photographer(s) and Videographer(s) and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the video of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Client(s) hereby release the Photographer(s) and Videographer(s) and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the photos and video. Every individual in attendance consents to being photographed or filmed.
If a Photographer(s) and Videographer(s) is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the services specified, the Photographer(s) and Videographer(s) will try to book a replacement Photographer(s) and Videographer(s). If both Photographer(s) and Videographer(s) and are unavailable and a replacement cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. The Photographer(s) and Videographer(s) have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your photos and video. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of photo and video supplied.
